C Kennan Marley grew up in Rochester, New York – the birth place of Kodak – where he became infatuated with photography. Fascinated by the vast drama of western landscapes, he pursued his education at Montana State University. C Kennan Marley is currently in his last semester pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Photography with a specialization in photography. After doing projects in everything from contemporary landscape to studio portraiture, he has a wide range of experience creating visually captivating and intriguing imagery. He works primarily with digital photography but also has experience with 35mm and 120mm film, large format view cameras, and various alt processes creating a variety between experimental and idealistic works. Whatever the process or photographic medium is, C Kennan Marley creates pictures that bring intrigue and emotion beyond the work being created.
